I learned about the benefits of Celery juice from one of my favorite holistic blogs before it became a craze. I decided to incorporate celery juice into my diet over the course of a few months (sparingly) and noticed that it did have a lot of benefits. I had a boost of energy, felt more hydrated and was able to focus a lot more.
