Wellness Wednesday: Pressed Green Juice

    Happy Wednesday Loves!

    I wanted to share with you a pressed juice that I like to make from time to time.

    Pressed juices have many benefits depending on what fruits and vegetables you put in them. Overall, many of them are great at boosting your immune system and filled with anxiodants.

    Below are the ingredients in the pressed juice I like to make:

    • 2 medium Green Apples
    • 1 Cup Spinach
    • 1/2 Cucumber
    • 2-3 stalks of Celery
    • 1/2 Lemon
    • 1/2 inch Ginger

    This juice is packed with vitamin c, vitamin a, iron, b complex and a choke full of other minerals and vitamins. Please let me know if you decide to make it.
